If you desire a memorable
dining experience that includes being pampered with highly personalized
and attentive service, coupled with gourmet selections prepared to
perfection, the Waterfront Restuaurant will meet your every need. The
restaurant setting lends itself perfectly to the kind of service and
dining experience rarely found in today's dining establishments. Situated
on the shore of Cavanaugh Bay with spectacular views of Priest Lake,
Sundance Mountain, and the adjoining Selkirk peaks, the Waterfront's
location
immerses the diner in the ambiance of an idyllic, storybook setting.
Under the watchful eye of owner Carolyn Deshler, the restaurant staff
prides itself on meeting perfection in all aspects of the dining experience
for each and every customer.
The Waterfront offers either indoor or outside deck dining. In addition to the
magnificent views, the elevated dining room and deck is a great location from
which to observe the bustle of the marina and water sports activities on Cavanaugh
Bay.
The exquisite menu coupled with exceptional service provides a truly unique and
memorable dining experience. During the winter season, the Waterfront Restaurant
is open on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (Dec 24), and Valentine’s
Day (Feb 14). In the spring, the Waterfront Restaurant opens Mother’s
Day (May 9, 2004)
with
a special meal including flowers for that special lady. On
each
of
these
holidays,
the
Waterfront
staff
prepares
a
special gourmet dinner meal in celebration of the respective holidays. Reservations
are a
must for these special occasions.
The Waterfront Restaurant is also available for holiday parties during the winter
