Summer Season
The Waterfront Restaurant is open May through September for lunch and dinner. Reservations are recommended (required for parties of 6 or more).

Winter Season
During the winter season, The Waterfront Restaurant is open by reservation only. For groups of six to twelve people, a three-day advanced reservation is required. For larger parties of twelve or more, a seven-day advanced reservation is required.
Special Events On Thanksgiving Day and Valentine's Day weekend, The Waterfront Restaurant prepares a special gourmet dinner. Reservations are a must for these special occasions, as these events typically sell out.

With its cozy fireside ambiance, exquisite holiday decor and gourmet cuisine, your winter lakeside holiday party will be a memorable experience. We will be happy to create a unique menu for your private party.

Dinner Cruise on Priest Lake
 Experience the pleasure of a 3-hour dinner cruise aboard the 24' Sweetwater pontoon party boat. Come aboard at 6:00 pm and cruise the bay while enjoying dinner. You may bring your own food and beverages, or for a very special treat, The Waterfront Restaurant can prepare your on-board dinner. $100 reserves the boat for this unique experience.
